Mark Wible on The Significance of Christmas

This past Sunday our Associate Pastor, Mark Wible made an interesting exegetical observation of Luke 2.  He observed:

Isn’t it interesting that the trough that held the feed for the beasts of temporary atonement also held the one who would become the ultimate atonement?

What a beautiful reminder of the significance of Christmas.  It was a game-changing portrait of the sufficiency of God.
